These terms describe the current AQDERA service. By creating or publishing an invitation, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate event information.
Your content
You remain responsible for names, photos, music, locations, guest information, and other content you upload. Only upload content you have permission to use. Review the preview before payment and publication.
Service and publication
Invitations begin as private drafts. Publication requires the displayed payment and manual approval of a valid receipt. We may reject abusive, unlawful, misleading, or technically unsafe content.
Availability
We work to keep invitations available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Planned changes or provider outages may temporarily affect access. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
