To request cancellation, contact AQDERA using the email below and include the email used to sign in plus the invitation title or link. Do not email a payment receipt unless requested.
Before publication
We will verify account ownership and review whether work or payment approval has begun before confirming the available cancellation outcome.
After publication
Ask us to unpublish the invitation or delete its data. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case based on the service already delivered and any rights required by applicable law; sending a request does not itself guarantee a refund.
